Question 1

What is Learn Per Hour?

Accepted Answer

Learn Per Hour is an online learning platform where you pick courses, tools, topics or certification preparation and learn with trainers who teach practical, job-focused skills. Pricing is built around hours of learning, so you pay for what you need.

Question 2

Who is Learn Per Hour for?

Accepted Answer

Students, working professionals and career switchers who want hands-on skills, for example Linux, cloud, DevOps, containers or certification preparation, without committing to a long, fixed course.

Question 3

What can I learn here?

Accepted Answer

You can browse courses, individual tools, focused topics and certification preparation. Each listing shows the level, hours and what you will learn.

Question 4

Is Learn Per Hour available outside India?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sessions are online, so you can join from anywhere. Prices are shown in Indian rupees (₹).

Question 5

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Pick any course, tool, topic or certification, tap “Book A Free Session”, and our team will contact you to schedule a clarity call.

Question 6

How can I contact the team?

Accepted Answer

Email us at support@learnperhour.com. For booking questions, include your booking reference from the My bookings page so we can help faster.

Question 7

How does the free session work?

Accepted Answer

Tap “Book A Free Session” on any listing. Our team contacts you, schedules a clarity call to understand your goals, and shares the date and meeting link in your My bookings page.

Question 8

Is the free session really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The free session and clarity call have no charge and no payment is needed to book one. Any paid learning is agreed with you separately before it starts.

Question 9

What is a clarity call?

Accepted Answer

A short call where we learn your goal, current level and schedule. We then recommend the right plan, hours and trainer for you.

Question 10

Where can I see my booking status?

Accepted Answer

Open My bookings from your dashboard. You can see the status, call date and time, meeting link, assigned trainer and pricing for every booking.

Question 11

What do the booking statuses mean?

Accepted Answer

Request received means we have your booking. Call scheduled means a date and link are set. Trainer assigned means a trainer has been matched. Completed and Cancelled are final states.

Question 12

I booked but have not heard back. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

We usually contact you on the mobile number you gave. If you have not heard from us, check that your number is correct in your profile and email support@learnperhour.com with your booking reference.

Question 13

Can I reschedule or cancel a call?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tell our team as early as you can by email or on the call. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Question 14

How is pricing calculated?

Accepted Answer

Most listings are priced per hour. The price on the page is the listed price before any discount. After your clarity call we confirm the final price and the number of hours for your goal.

Question 15

Why can my final price differ from the listing?

Accepted Answer

The listing shows a standard rate. After the clarity call we may adjust the price or hours based on your goal, level and any offer that applies. You see the confirmed amount before you pay.

Question 16

Do I pay before the free session?

Accepted Answer

No. You only pay after you are happy with the plan from your clarity call.

Question 17

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We never ask you to pay a trainer directly, so please report anyone who does.

Question 18

Do discounts and referral rewards work together?

Accepted Answer

Not unless we say so. Offers and referral rewards are limited and can be changed or withdrawn. The terms of each offer are shown when it is made.

Question 19

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in the cases described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, for example if you cancel before paid sessions start or for hours not delivered.

Question 20

Are the sessions live or recorded?

Accepted Answer

Learning is delivered in live online sessions with your trainer, so you can ask questions and practise hands-on.

Question 21

What is the difference between a course, a tool and a topic?

Accepted Answer

A course is a structured path from basics to job-ready. A tool page teaches one technology, such as Docker. A topic is a short, focused session on a single skill.

Question 22

Which level should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Each listing shows a level: beginner, intermediate or advanced. If you are unsure, say so on your clarity call and we will suggest where to start.

Question 23

How many hours will I need?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your goal and starting point. We confirm the number of hours after your clarity call, and you can see it in your booking.

Question 24

Will I work on real projects?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many programs include hands-on labs and projects so you build real skills, not just theory. Each listing describes what is covered.

Question 25

Can I learn on my phone?

Accepted Answer

You can attend sessions and read your booking details on a phone, but a laptop is better for hands-on practice and labs.

Question 26

Will I get a certificate?

Accepted Answer

We do not promise a certificate of our own unless a listing says so. Certification preparation helps you pass exams awarded by other organisations.

Question 27

Who are the trainers?

Accepted Answer

Experienced professionals who work with the tools and technologies they teach. They are screened by us and matched to your learning goals.

Question 28

How is my trainer chosen?

Accepted Answer

After your clarity call we match you with a trainer whose skills and tools fit what you want to learn. You can see their name in your booking details.

Question 29

Can I change my trainer?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you are not happy, tell us early. We will try to fix the issue first, for example by changing your trainer or adjusting the plan.

Question 30

Can I talk to a trainer before booking?

Accepted Answer

Your free session and clarity call are the best way to meet us first and ask anything before you commit.

Question 31

Can I pay or message a trainer directly?

Accepted Answer

Please keep payments and bookings on the platform. Trainers must not ask you for payment outside it. Report anyone who does.

Question 32

Do you offer certification preparation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Certification Prep. has its own section with preparation courses for industry certifications such as Linux, cloud and Kubernetes exams.

Question 33

Will I get the certification after the course?

Accepted Answer

No. Certification is awarded by the issuing body, such as Red Hat or AWS, only after you pass its official exam. Completing our course alone does not grant it.

Question 34

Do you guarantee that I will pass the exam?

Accepted Answer

No one can guarantee a pass, but our preparation is built around the exam objectives and hands-on practice to give you the best chance.

Question 35

Are exam fees included?

Accepted Answer

No. Exam fees are charged by the issuing organisation and are separate from our fees.

Question 36

Are you affiliated with the certification providers?

You can sign up with your email and a password, or continue with Google.

Question 38

How do I update my profile?

Accepted Answer

Go to your account security settings to set a new password. If you signed in with Google, your password is managed by Google.
